계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청

IM VOCA 계정과 관련된 모든 데이터를 삭제하는 방법을 안내합니다.

방법 1 — 앱에서 직접 삭제 (즉시 처리, 권장)

  1. IM VOCA 앱을 열고 로그인합니다.
  2. 책장 화면 오른쪽 위의 My ▾ 버튼을 누릅니다.
  3. 설정 묶음의 👤 개인정보 변경을 누릅니다.
  4. 그 화면 맨 아래 회원 탈퇴를 선택합니다.
  5. 안내에 따라 탈퇴라고 입력한 뒤 영구 삭제하기를 누릅니다.
✅ 확인 즉시 계정과 데이터가 삭제되며, 진행 중인 구독이 있으면 자동으로 해지됩니다. 삭제된 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다.

방법 2 — 이메일로 요청

앱에 로그인할 수 없는 경우, 가입에 사용한 이메일 주소로 아래 주소에 "계정 삭제 요청"이라고 보내주세요.

일정 기간 보관되는 데이터

항목보관 사유 및 기간
결제·영수증 기록 전자상거래법 등 관련 법령에 따른 보존 의무로 결제대행사(Stripe)에 5년 보관됩니다. 카드 정보는 IM VOCA가 보유하지 않습니다.
익명 통계 개인을 식별할 수 없도록 집계된 서비스 이용 통계는 개인정보가 아니므로 유지될 수 있습니다.
ℹ️ 단체(학원)에 소속된 학생의 경우, 학습 리포트에 반영된 집계 수치는 개인을 식별할 수 없는 형태로만 남습니다.

Account & Data Deletion Request

How to delete your IM VOCA account and all associated data.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (immediate, recommended)

  1. Open the IM VOCA app and sign in.
  2. Tap My ▾ at the top right of the bookshelf screen.
  3. Under Settings, tap 👤 My Info.
  4. Select Delete account at the bottom of that screen.
  5. Type DELETE as prompted, then tap Delete permanently.
✅ Your account and data are deleted immediately, and any active subscription is cancelled automatically. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you cannot sign in, email us from the address used to register, with the subject "Account deletion request".
